          In accordance with Law No. 24,240 on Consumer Protection and Provision No. 954/2025 of the Undersecretariat of Consumer Protection and Fair Trade, we provide the option to cancel your purchase within a maximum period of 10 days after it has been made, and up to 24 hours before check-in.

          ARTICLE 1 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.
          Suppliers who sell goods and services remotely, through websites or similar formats, must have a clearly visible link, in a prominent place and on the first access page, titled “CANCELLATION BUTTON”, through which the consumer may request the revocation of acceptance of the purchased product or contracted service, under Articles 34 of Law No. 24,240 and its amendments, and Article 1,110 of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation.

          ARTICLE 2 – SPECIAL MODALITIES FOR ITS EXERCISE.
          The provisions of the previous article shall apply under the following conditions:

          a) For the purchase of tickets for shows, sports, or artistic events, the 10-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal shall start from the date the tickets or corresponding payment receipt are delivered to the consumer, whichever occurs first, regardless of the event date.

          b) To exercise this right, the consumer must send notice to the provider at least 24 hours before the event.

          c) The same applies to tourist-related contracts with a fixed date, such as hotel bookings, car rentals, excursions, or medium- and long-distance transportation.

          ARTICLE 3 – EXEMPTIONS.
          The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

          a) As established in Article 1,116 of the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, unless otherwise agreed.
          b) When the consumer has already used or consumed the purchased product or service.
          c) When the consumer acquires goods or services for resale or integration into production, transformation, or service processes.
          d) When perishable products are purchased.

          ARTICLE 4 – SERVICE CANCELLATION BUTTON.
          Suppliers must have a clearly visible “SERVICE CANCELLATION BUTTON” that allows consumers to request service termination under Article 10 ter of Law No. 24,240. No prior registration or additional steps may be required.

          ARTICLE 5 – DEADLINE.
          Within 24 hours of the withdrawal or cancellation request, the supplier must provide an identification code and take necessary steps to finalize the cancellation.

          ARTICLE 6 – CUSTOMER SERVICE HOURS.
          Suppliers must provide customer service for inquiries and claims during hours that are not less than their commercial operating hours and at least 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.

          ARTICLE 7 – SANCTIONS.
          Non-compliance will be penalized in accordance with Law No. 24,240 and its amendments.

          ARTICLE 8 – ADAPTATION PERIOD.
          Suppliers have 60 days from the entry into force of this provision to adapt their websites and/or digital sales channels.

          ARTICLE 9 – IMPLEMENTATION.
          The National Directorate of Consumer Defense and Consumer Arbitration shall issue necessary interpretative and complementary regulations.

          ARTICLE 10 – REPEAL.
          Resolutions No. 316/2018 and No. 424/2020 are hereby repealed.

          ARTICLE 11 – ENTRY INTO FORCE.
          This provision enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

          ARTICLE 12 – COMMUNICATION.
          Communicate, publish, and file.
