As a well-established company in the Argentine market, we have expanded our strategic vision to open a hotel in every major city in the country, extending our borders and operations and opening our first franchised hotel outside Argentina in Montevideo, Uruguay.

Our business models are based on the extensive knowledge and experience the chain has in the industry, allowing us to achieve maximum efficiency in processes and human resources, reaching the profitability sought by shareholders and/or investors, and delivering the value proposition to our guests.
The hotel owner pays a brand license fee for the corresponding brand (Gran Amérian, Amérian, Mérit, Ítem, etc).

The above, plus a management fee for Amérian to fully manage the establishment.

The owner leases the hotel to Amérian to fully operate it, leaving daily management to Amérian.

Yes, at Amérian Hotels, we adapt existing hotels. First, we evaluate the property to determine its feasibility and identify the appropriate brand from our portfolio. Then, we adjust facilities, services, and operations to meet our standards, from design to the implementation of our operational systems.
Typically, investors present us with pre-defined locations for their projects. However, if they have not yet decided on a location, Amérian Hotels provides specialized advice. We use our market knowledge and feasibility studies to recommend the most strategic locations, considering demand, competition, growth, and profitability. This way, we help select the best place to ensure the project’s success.
We offer two main types of operations for our investors, each adapted to different needs and levels of involvement:
Franchise: You operate a hotel under our brand, leveraging our know-how and ongoing support. You manage the hotel independently but with access to our virtual academy and annual audits.
Management: We handle all hotel operations. The owner transfers the management to our team, which takes care of administration and optimization, while you benefit without being directly involved.
The level of involvement of the investor depends on their preferences and the chosen model. In a franchise, the investor is usually more active in hotel management. In contrast, with management, the role is more passive, focusing on return on investment while Amérian Hotels handles operations. The investor can be involved in all stages of the project as they wish.
